The Lavender Patch Farm is sadly finished with our 2020 Summer Season. Thank you for all of your support! Even with Covid 19 we are happy to say we had a successful year and that was because of all the continued support we were given!

As of August 1, we are open by appointments only at this time. Since the gift shop is at our home, we are happy to open at a time that is convenient for you and us! Really, give us a call at 620-223-1364, we'll decide on a time and day, then come on out. No obligation to  buy anything, just enjoy the beauty and smell of lavender!

We will be announcing a day or two a month that we will be scheduled to open. We will begin classes as soon as we can and we look forward to our Christmas Open house and days that we are open during the holiday season. Until then, enjoy the last days or summer break as I will be- as well as getting my classroom ready for the new (interesting and unique) school year ahead of me.

Thanks for your patience and support!

What to expect during your visit

WELCOME! When you come to our Lavender Patch Farm, stop by our gift shop, located in our converted garage. The door to enter is on the west side of the house, closest to the driveway.
We are a working lavender farm, with ongoing planting, weeding, harvesting, and everything in between! We have around 1000 lavender plants- depending on the winter freeze (when they came and how hard of a freeze) as well as the abundance of rain we may or may not have received. These last couple of years has been because of way too much rain! Around 80 of the plants were transplanted in spring of 2016 from the "old patches" that we no longer use for lavender.  Most of the others plants you see were planted in 2016-2019, plenty to keep us busy! Go to the section "A bit of history..." to learn why we have such young plants!
