Herb de Provence is a mixture of dried herbs considered typical of the Provence region of southeast France. This is a blend of certified organic ingredients of lavender, basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, marjoram, and tarragon. This herb mixture is great with beef, lamb, chicken, pork, soups, and vegetable dishes. We use it when we cook our pulled pork with smoked paprika for at our lavender festival! 5 oz by volume.
